Bodily Injury Litigation Adjuster 

My client is seeking a Bodily Injury Litigation Adjuster. In this role, you will manage claims involving BI claims where legal representation is present. You will play a key role in resolving complex claims while  extending commitment to customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Investigating auto accidents by reviewing coverage, determining liability, and assessing damages.
• Engaging with customers and attorneys via phone, email, and text to deliver excellent service.
• Utilizing modern tools and resources to negotiate fair settlements effectively.
